PhoenixRising is primarily an English speaking Guild.
As long as you can effectively communicate and respond, we don't care where you live or what you speak.
Have a respectful attitude and rational behavior. The game can get frustrating and players like to vent, but we don't let members take it out on other members. You will get farmed, you will lose rss and troops.. it's part of the game. Play smart, learn and adapt, rebuild, get stronger, close the gap, and then return the favor and burn your enemies.
We will occasionally have guilds we are at peace with, and others at war.
You are responsible for reading and knowing what the guild's policies are. If we have time to create them and post them, you have time to read and implement them.
Our power requirements are flexible, your activity level is not. If you can't get online at least briefly on a daily basis. This is probably not the guild for you.
Reading and staying current on forums is required as well as weekly check-ins and power growth. Honestly, this guild is more likely to be a good fit with a player that plays a few hours a day more than a player that plays a few minutes a day.
